REFUND POLICY
30-Day Return Window
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to start a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn/unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
Go to the “Returns & Exchanges” tab in the top or bottom menu and follow the prompts to submit your request. Once your return is approved, you’ll receive next steps and a return authorization.
Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, start a request through Returns & Exchanges right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
For the fastest service, submit an exchange through Returns & Exchanges (e.g., for a different size/color). If the exact item isn’t available, we’ll help with an alternative or a refund to your original payment method.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.
Return Shipping
Unless your item arrived damaged/defective or we shipped the wrong item, return shipping costs are your responsibility. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items can’t be returned, including:

Sale items (discounted/clearance)

Condition Standards & Partial Refunds
We reserve the right to deny returns or issue partial refunds if items are not in original condition (e.g., missing tags/packaging, signs of wear/use, odors, pet hair, stains).
Lost or Late Packages
We aren’t responsible for returns lost in transit. Please use a trackable shipping method for your return.
